Two wins so Henderson never going back to starter this means. Thanks for sim.

August 8, 2022 at 3:55 pm #6867This is not the lineup I had sent. I had Kante starting instead of Barella. I don’t see Kante on the bench either.
Please refer to the email I had sent for round 9 on Aug-2nd which I requested to use again for round 10.

so I didn’t read your other instruction, I just went to last line-up for round 9.
August 8, 2022 at 8:36 pm #6877But for last lineup in round 9 Kante was in the starting lineup

this was the round 9 email
this is the attached screen shot
August 9, 2022 at 3:13 am #6885James, if you want to show an email please show it entirely not only partially. In the same email I requested Kante to start over Barella. Also look at round 9 game link which was simmed by Zizou, he had Kante starting: https://www.dynastyliga.com/forums/topic/round-9-manchester-united-v-juventus/
I would have shrugged it off but at least admit the mistake.
August 9, 2022 at 4:33 am #6886when you send in your line-up like this, you’re just asking for this to happen.
I simmed 15 matches (out of 21) this round so I probably put in 7+ hours simming. And I sent in my line-ups, which I do every round.
Do you think it’s fair to me that I should have to look at 3 different places (last round result, your post on the line-up call, and your email (which contains 3 emails) to figure out what your line-up and instructions are?
How many more minutes would it have taken you send in a line-up with clear player choices and clear instructions?
this email was from aug 2, and on aug 4 you posted to “use the same line-up as last round”. I disregard everything else and used the line-up and screen shot as is at the bottom of the email.
If Z thinks it’s fair to me and your opponent (who sent in a clear line-up) that this match should be re-simmed, I’ll do it.-

In the time it took you to type out the email on August 2nd saying to replace Barella with Kanté, you could’ve copied the lineup submission, made the changes and sent a new email. I do this every single round and it takes me literally 10 seconds (no, I’m not exaggerating) to submit a lineup. 30 seconds to a minute if I have an injury and I need to make some changes.
I would mind my own business but james has been simming most of the matches for quite a while now, the least we all can do is help him out a bit with clear instructions. We all have busy lives, but this takes a couple of minutes every few weeks.

If things are missed because I know my instructions were not clear I just move on and don’t even complain. For this one round 9 properly captured the change. When we submit lineups we don’t know who’s going to sim so my assumption was that the same lineup was going to be used.
The time and effort you put is appreciated, if a miss happens once over 100 games that’s pretty darn good already so I won’t hold any grudge against. But for this one I don’t expect to be blamed for it. Could I have re-posted the lineup entirely to make it crystal clear? Yes I could but it’s not the first time I send changes requests like this and they’ve been generally accepted and implemented.
August 9, 2022 at 6:18 pm #6890Luigi you know I love you man and I have no horse here. But james made a very honest sim here because of your lack of clarity. And he sims for hours so blaming him is a bit too much.
Now if you ask for a resim because your instructions weren’t clear I’d say nothing. But don’t blame the simmer here.August 9, 2022 at 7:05 pm #6891Look guys, first I never asked for a re-sim, yet.
I want to understand why for the same instructions I sent, first time was deemed clear enough but not the following round.
To my knowledge whether a re-sim is to be done or not doesn’t go to who got the ‘clearer’ instructions. That would be ridiculous. I mean all I asked is take a lineup and replace one guy with another. If that’s judged not to be clear enough I may be wasting my time here.
