A reference for all changes and the current rule format:
Rosters
– Max roster size for all Senior teams is 27 OF / 3GK.
– Max roster size for all u21 teams is 32 OF / 3 GK.
– Players born in 2001 and after are eligible for U21.
– If a player is u21 eligible by age but is currently on a senior roster, he can be sent down to the u21 level again if he is acquired via trade. Players bid on with a Senior team bid are not be eligible to be demoted unless traded to another owner.
This will be monitored for abuse. Please do not utilize a strategy of assigning u21 to your Senior team for the sole purpose of a trade. If you have any questions, PM Zizou.– U21 players with a CA of 155 or higher have to be called up that owner’s Premiership team.
– Players with a CA under 100 (or not in FM) are ineligible to be assigned to a Senior team.
– Each owner has a cap of five total players that aren’t found in FM they can have on their u21 team at any given time.
– Players can only be called-up/sent-down while the transfer window is open.
– To be eligible for the Championship, a player must be too old for u21 and have a CA of 154 or below.
– If one of your players retires/passes away during a Liga season, he must be released at the end of that season.Trades
– Trades can be agreed upon and posted at any time but the transfer will only go through in the next transfer window if the window is not open.
– In order for a trade to be finalized, all parties involved must have posted their agreement in the trade thread.
– Trades including “cash to be transferred at the end of the season” will no longer be authorized after Season 19.Free Agent Signings
– The minimum bid for a free agent is 500.000.
– If not countered within 24 hours, the player belongs to the highest bidder.
– A counter bid must always be at least double the previous bid.
– If two bids are made for the same player at the same exact time, the active bid will be the bid placed first.
– NO BID POSTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE POST HAS BEEN EDITED/REVISED IN ANY WAY. Never edit your transfer bid. If you made a mistake, simply make a new post in the thread.
– All bids are to be made in increments of 500.000.
– All bids must be posted in the following format: Premiership Team(Team Bidding, if different) ____ bids _____ on ______ of ______. (X/X) Current roster size of team bidding must always be included when bidding.
– You may not bid on a player if any of your teams are over roster limit.
– Only one open bid per team is allowed. That is to say you may have three simultaneous bids for your Permiership, Championship and U21 sides.
– You must have enough room to accommodate the player you are bidding on with the team you are bidding with prior to making the bid.
– No new opening bids may be placed after the window closes but counters on already open bids are still allowed after the window has shut. 24 hour rule still applies in this instance. If you wish to counter after the window has shut, you must have a free roster space to accommodate your counter bid as you are not able to release players after the window closes.Line-up Calls
– All submissions are to be sent to dynastyliga@gmail.com.– Lineups must be submitted within 3 days of a lineup call being posted or the simmer may use the last submitted league play roster.
– New lineups are required every round but we reserve the right to use the last submitted lineup. If you require additional time, please contact me.
– Please do not group all three teams in a single email.
– If you do not have FM, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I can create a tactic file for you should you choose to use one.
– 9 players may be named to your bench, 1 must always be a GK.
– If you have used up all three substitutions and a player is forced off injured, the simmer will replace him on the pitch with your backup goalkeeper.
– Tactics found online are outright BANNED.
This will be monitored. You must have a mixed aim set for Corners. And we will monitor for Super tacs that are downloaded. Formations that include three CFs will be banned and we will announce new bans on any formations that are publicized as exploiting the weaknesses in the sim. Please play in good faith.Polls
– For league/rule changes that go to a poll, a 2/3rds majority is required to pass any changes (9 of 14 owners).Dynasty Cup
– All Semi-Final and Final Cup matches will be played in neutral grounds.Standings
– The determined tiebreaker for teams even on points is goal difference. The next tiebreaker is Wins followed by Goals Scored.
– The Managerial Award will be determined by best average finish across the three leagues, with the tiebreaker being best average Cup finish.Accounts
– We keep track of the accounts of the league but mostly as a double checking measure.
– Keep track of your spending at all times.
– Please don’t overspend your account!
– Money can be acquired through trades but also at the end of the season with payouts for your final positioning across all divisions as well as individual player rewards.
